Starling Underwood was interviewed for ALM's Legaltech News article “AI: Improvements Won’t Knock Out Need for Prompt Engineering Skills, Experts Say."

“The tools work better whenever you provide the context of whatever situation it is that you're asking it to do,” said Starling Underwood, e-discovery of counsel at Kilpatrick Townsend. “As a litigator, if I want to pull some information out of the pleadings, I can upload the pleadings, but also I need to provide some context of things that aren't in the pleadings, things that I know, things that my client has told me.”
